Flu Vaccinations

Influenza is a potentially fatal disease that causes up to 1,500 deaths in Australia each year.  Influenza is a lot more than a bad cold.  It is a distinct illness caused by a virus and is very contagious.  Influenza spreads through the air from a cough or a sneeze and you simply breathe it in.  The person you catch it from may even seem well at the time.  And you pass it on before you realise you have influenza.  So to protect yourself, colleagues and patients, be immunised every year well before the influenza season starts.

The flu vaccine is very effective (70-90%) in preventing influenza among healthy people.  The influenza vaccine contains the influenza and swine flu strains that are expected to cause influenza.  These strains are updated yearly.

Corporate Flu Vaccination is crucial and should not be delayed.  BOOK NOW
